our new favorite place

All you moms out there might get a little jealous when i tell you that we live 3 minutes away from a toddler splash park. That's right. 3 minutes away! From a place where my child can splash! And run through sprinklers! And squeal as much as she wants! She absolutely loves it. And when she's had enough of the water, we walk over to the playground which is built especially for little ones. It's toddler heaven.

strawberry picking

A few weeks ago we went strawberry picking. At first Finley was very helpful, but she quickly delegated herself to official strawberry taster.


And here's where i lost my little helper...

This didn't go exactly how I planned it. And I really wish I would have taken 30 seconds to tidy up the house, or at least move the towel from where finley peed. but, oh well! it was a VERY special and exciting moment for our family that we'd like to share with all of you.
